AQUAFABA: THE EGG REPLACMENT

I can’t count how many time that I had to find a replacement for eggs. Seriously, it is a massive struggle when your wife is pregnant and can not have eggs or when you invite vegans over for dinner. Yes, its hell.

Finally, I have found a great solution that seems to make the trick. Aquafaba is the solution and its made out of leftover canned chickpeas water. Who would have thought that I would ever make something out of it? Me never.

Gone are the days where I could not make a tiramisu or a nice chocolate cake or anything else requiring egg white. Check out a few stuff that you can make with aquafaba.
