CHEF TALKS ORGANIZED BY SLOWFOOD HK
Slow Food Hong Kong and the Fringe Club are organising a series of conferences with some of HK leading and innovative chefs who will discuss their motivation, the challenges and what inspire them.
The line up of chef is quiet impressive with just to name a few Umberto Bombana from 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana, David Lai from Neighborhood, Nurdin Topham from Nur, Alving leung from Bo Innovation.
I can only strongly recommend all foodies to attend these talk to get some amazing inside.
