COOKBOOK BOOK: A BOOK REVIEW
Once again a beautiful book by Phaidon. Cookbook Book by Kamali and Bohm is a journey into culinary history and its evolution across the world. The fascinating aspect of Cookbook Book is the selection of the titles from the French classic Le Larousse Gastronomique to The Graham Kerr Cookbook and how they have influenced the cooking world. I love how the authors have carefully selected one emblematic recipe in each of the featured titles.
Cookbook Book is a must read for cooking book collectors and all foodies like myself who are curious about the evolution of the way we eat, how taste has changed over the years and it definitely brings back childhood memories. The book features, as often with Phaidon, beautiful photography.
