THE GRAND GELINAZ OR HOW TO SHUFFLE CHEFS

Thanks to Gelinaz, a group known for staging participatory food events, in a few weeks, 37 of the best chefs from around the world will be swapping their life, identities and even more important their kitchen.  Just imagine Alain Ducasse at the Plaza moving to the Chateaubriand or Rene Redzepi swapping his Noma restaurant for Danny Bowien’s Mission Chinese Food.

This will definitely be something exciting, interesting and a huge challenge for the participating chefs. Every single one of these chefs have different inspiration and ways of cooking. How will a sushi master chef will exchange his knifes skills for high-end french food. Also, the swap will not be limited to just exchanging their kitchen, the chef will be living in their counterpart’s home, bringing their kids to school and even walking the dog.

Tickets are available for sale to the public on May 13. You better rush to get hold of them!!!
